Vassilis Papaioannou, General Manager

Graduate of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and London University, with a Masters in Economics and Marketing and postgraduate research in Business Management.

Vassilis worked in the public sector for a number of years, responsible for evaluating business investments in industry, before launching his career in the private sector.

Co-founder of BREAKTHROUGH, Vassilis spent a decade involved in the management and implementation of EU funding, training and innovative technical support programmes, to support business development in Greece and Europe. At the same time, he taught Management and Marketing Courses to business people and mature students, as well as managing the establishment of an environmentally-friendly hotel complex in Greece.
Vassilis is responsible for the general management of BREAKTHROUGH, as well as the coordination of client portfolios and customer care.
